K.S. Creates website projects currently start at $300 for a simple informational website. More advanced websites are priced according to the complete project scope, including the number of pages, requested features, integrations, content needs, and functionality.

A final quote cannot be provided until the client clearly defines the complete project scope and completes all required intake information.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.

Final payment

The remaining balance is due before final handoff or launch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of reasonable revision rounds. Major redesigns, new pages, new features, or repeated changes after approval may require an additional fee.

Client content

You are responsible for final text, product details, photos, logos, legal or business information, and account access needed for integrations.

Third-party costs

Domains, hosting, subscriptions, premium tools, payment processor fees, and platform upgrades are your responsibility unless specifically included in the quote.

After launch

Ongoing edits and maintenance are not unlimited. Future updates may be billed separately.

Portfolio use

K.S. Creates may display completed work in its portfolio unless a different agreement is made.

Design Reuse & Templates

K.S. Creates may reuse general design concepts, layouts, page structures, workflows, or technical features developed during a project as a starting point for future client projects. Any future website created using similar elements will be customized with different branding, colors, content, imagery, and other distinguishing features. Client-specific logos, photographs, written content, personal information, business information, and other proprietary materials will not be reused without permission. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, website design services do not include exclusive rights to the underlying layout, framework, or design system.
