Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.

The remaining balance is due before final handoff or launch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Each project includes a defined number of reasonable revision rounds. Major redesigns, new pages, new features, or repeated changes after approval may require an additional fee.

Client content
You are responsible for final text, product details, photos, logos, legal or business information, and account access needed for integrations.

Third-party costs
Domains, hosting, subscriptions, premium tools, payment processor fees, and platform upgrades are your responsibility unless specifically included in the quote.

After launch
Ongoing edits and maintenance are not unlimited. Future updates may be billed separately.

Portfolio use
K.S. Creates may display completed work in its portfolio unless a different agreement is made.
